A. No, you can choose if or when you want to build. There are no time restrictions on our lots.
Q. Can I get Fiber Optics and a T1 or T3 internet line to my lot? A. Yes, call us for more information about this.
Q. Are there any deed restrictions on my lot? A. Check the lot description page to verify deed restrictions.
Q. Approximately how much will my closing costs be and who will pay? A. Closing costs vary depending on the purchase price but are typically between $400-$600. On cash transactions we split the closing costs 50/50. If you finance the lot through your own bank or mortgage company you will be responsible for any of their additional costs associated with the mortgage.
Q. Who handles the sale of the property? A. We use a local title company in Ocala that we have worked with for several years. If you prefer to use your own title company you will be responsible for all closing costs. | | |||||||
